Monaco to Moderate Government Investigation Panel at ABA Product Liability Litigation Conference
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Anthony J. Monaco will moderate a panel of corporate and outside counsel addressing government investigations at the American Bar Association’s 2011 Emerging Issues in Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation Conference in Phoenix, Ariz.
The panel session, titled, “Navigating A Government Investigation – What To Do When The Regulators Come Calling,” will explain changes in National Highway Traffic Safety Administration rules and how conference participants can successfully navigate a government investigation and potential recall issues.
The conference, to be held March 30-April 1, 2011, is presented by the ABA’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Products, General Liability and Consumer Law Committee and the Automobile Law Committee. At Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Tony serves as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group and focuses his practice on the defense of corporations in catastrophic injury litigation.
