Biography
Richard represents individual and corporate clients in civil litigation matters, primarily in the areas of professional negligence, asbestos, toxic tort and product liability actions. He has represented clients at trial in both the state and federal courts and on appeal before the Illinois Appellate Court, Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His practice includes serving as national coordinating counsel and local counsel for various defendants involved in asbestos and other product liability actions.
