David F. Pardys

Biography

David Pardys is a partner with Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, concentrating his practice in municipal law as well as general corporate law and litigation. David serves as general counsel as well as special counsel for municipal corporations, representing municipalities in litigation ranging from civil rights disputes to zoning and land development issues. David’s background as a municipal attorney has also provided him with the background and expertise to effectively and successfully represent both commercial and residential developers in obtaining approval of development projects. David also represents corporate clients as general counsel, advising clients on the formation and management of businesses as well as assisting his clients in business litigation.
