John has extensive experience assisting companies and individuals through a variety of efforts. In environmental, asbestos and toxic tort matters, John has focused on defense strategy and implementation in federal (in a variety of district courts and Multidistrict Litigation) and state litigation in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. John has extensive experience in environmental, asbestos and toxic tort litigation from initial case evaluation, all aspects of discovery (including expert discovery), dispositive motions, mediation and through trial to verdict. John also has extensive experience in commercial matters such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud and replevin.
